There may not be a true KDE 3.2 distro yet, but SuSE does have a full 
set of KDE 3.2 packages available for SuSE 8.1, 8.2, and 9.0: 
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/supplementary/KDE/

YOU won't offer these - you have to go to the site and FTP them 
yourself. There will probably be YOU updates for the KDE 3.2 packages as 
needed, however; SuSE has done that in the past.
