accessing FrontPage-protocol server?

Kind of -- I think webdav was Microsoft's second cut at publishing via 
FrontPage.  Nonetheless, the conversation about webdav went as badly as I had 
feared it would:

Uhhh, file under "never mind."  Turns out I can get to the box via FTP, so 
that's just fine with me.
