Any suggestion for ISP

This is just plain FUD.

Both Verizon & SpeakEasy have good coverage and good service. 

Comcast may be nice, but it isn't necessarily better than DSL. 

If the plans are appealing, Dava should contact the ISP and see if they
have service nearby. Chances are excellent that they will.
