oops.  you would think after a year and a half of trying to learn from 
you folks i would know that!  i guess my point is that i think it's very 
cool that you allow people to speak their mind, even if we (possibly) 
wonder off topic or repeat ourselves (i often do).  i was on another 
list where the admin control was so stifling and i eventually left.  i 
have a boring job in retail and love reading about your problems and 
solutions.  i have a fist full of electronics and computer certs and 
haven't had much luck finding the type of job i really want.  i just 
filled out my fafsa and i'm going to go to school and try to get a 
degree in math.  this thread has been very insightful for me as some of 
the arguments i had not heard before and helped me decide to return to 
school.  and if one gets tired of the thread a quick click on delete 
cures that. :)  allowing such yapping seems worthwhile as leaving the 
possibility of conversation open may produce a gem.  so thanks for being 
like that.
