What does BLU get from Culminis???

Hi, Jerry. 

I'm the Executive Director of BLU; I guess I'd be in the best position 
to explain motivations for any affiliations. 

As for this "Culminis Aliance Program", I've never heard of it. 
BLU is in no way affiliated with it, unless it is indirectly 
through BostonUserGroups.com.
