There is a parking lot in front of E51, no sticker is required. I've
been to plenty of evening meetings in that building. 

Additionally, there is a parking lot with entrance on Hayward St. This
is on the corner of Hayward and Amherst, just about across the street
from E51. The East lot is a short walk. If the front door on E51 is
locked, there is an entrance on the corner of Wadsworth and Amherst. 

If you are bringing stuff, park in the E51 parking lot.
