Apache 1.2 and Apache 2.x side-by-side



I have 1.3.  I would like to migrate to Apache2, but I can't afford downtime, 
  I looked at the rpm for apache2 with "rpm -qlp" and it looks like there 
would  be no conflicts, but I would like to hear from someone else who has 
done it.  Obviously I would need to run apache2 on another port until I am 
ready to flip the switch...
