Upgrading BIOS?

The image you specify with -b is, AFAIK, only used for booting...  Any
files you want on the thing you can just put on the CD.  As I said,
this isn't really something I've messed with, so I will refer you
again to the CD recording HOWTO, which should have detailed answers.
