OT: toll collections

So the permanent solution to avoid future strikes is to install a Linux box at
each toll booth, put in a flat-screen monitor and a webcam, link it up to a
DSL line, bill the government about $2.6 million per booth, and ship the jobs
to India.

Even if the outsourced workers working from 6000 miles away do go on strike
someday, at least they can't block the streets in protest. ;-/
