[blu] broadband phones?

Most homes today have 4 wires, and inner and outer. Your primary phone line 
is connected to one pair and a second phone line, if present, is usually 
connected to the other. I think that your home should have 4 wires. 

In any case, leave your current home line in place and add an ATA for the 
other pair.
