RCN does indeed block port 80 for their dynamic IPs.  They do not block port
25 (inbound) but do block 25 outbound.  I run my webserver on an alternate
port, which works just fine, I smarthost my mail server through their SMTP
server for outbound messages.  They tell me that if you pay $20/month more,
you canget a static IP with no blocking.
