Microsoft's Earth deletes Apple HQ

My favorite observation on this, from several shashdot  comments,  is
that  to  Microsoft, the "Virtual Earth" includes only the US.  There
are no other countries on their version of the planet.

This joke doesn't qork with google, of course,  because  they  aren't
yet claiming to show you the entire Earth.  They just show "maps".

Presumably MS is planning to extend the site to  include  some  other
portions of the planet.
