Quiet computer cases

I'm going to rebuild my serververy soon.  I would like to get a quiet PC 
case for it, something in an ATX mid-tower around $120 or so most likely.

Any suggestions?  The leaders in quiet cases seem to be Antec and Lian-Li, 
but comments about specific models or features appreciated.

Oh, the guts are a Athlon XP2200+ in a Soyo motherboard, two hard drives, 
two optical drives, one NIC card, one sound card, one video card, one 
firewire card.
