FLoppy boot for Ubuntu live CD

You could try the RIP rescue floppy:

http://www.tux.org/pub/people/kent-robotti/looplinux/rip/

Here's the floppy image:

http://www.tux.org/pub/people/kent-robotti/looplinux/rip/floppy.syslinux.bin

It will supposedly allow you to boot any CD.
