Comcast SMTP / Thunderbird woes

Comcast has a daily limit of emails you can send. I ran into this when I had 
a problem a while back and my email queued up on my system. When I fixed 
the problem, some of the emails were being rejected by Comcast. They would 
have eventually gone through.
