relaying mail via comcast smtp server

Assuming a RedHat linux variant:

cd /etc/mail/
vi sendmail.mc
define(`SMART_HOST',`smtp.comcast.net')dnl
make
service sendmail reload

You'll need the sendmail-cf package.
