Looking for sys admin technical assistance

My Linux skill level is medium, and I have a Virtual Private Server with cPanel and WebHostManager that I use to host my web-site as well as other friend/family static sites.  

There are a few technical issues, that I would like to understand in more depth, and I am looking for someone in the eastern MA, southern NH area that would be will to meet with me to help me - I am willing to pay (sorry if that is not allowed in list postings).

The issues involve exim, Spam control, named, and some bandwidth issues.
