The SCO commedy

When I want some comic relief, I read Groklaw (http://www.groklaw.net/).
SCO sent  subpoenas and scheduled depositions for January 27th, which is the 
last day of discovery to Intel, Oracle, and The Open Group. I'm sure they 
would have included the BLU and Maddog Hall if they thought of it. All 
three parties have files motions to quash. 

In any case, it does appear that Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP are really 
milking the hell out of SCO (or more precisely out of who is funding this).
