A different ssh issue

I assume that if you are using a router, you have configured it to
forward port 22 to your OpenSSH server :-)

I also assume you have tried the -v switch - at what point does the
connection fail?  (I'm not sure the putty client has the -v switch -
if not, you could install the cygwin ssh client.)
