Verizon milliwatt test tone number?

I'm trying to adjust the echo cancellation on an Asterisk  
installation and I need the phone number for Verizon's test tone  
(Middlesex county if it matters).  I tried to squeak out of one of  
the repairmen but he was clueless.  Someone here should know.
