PHP polling or test-taking sw under LAMP?

I wrote an application that I called OpenQuiz that was pretty cool, of
course that was several years ago so it might not be so cool anymore.
It was written in PHP, and also object-oriented JavaScript so that you
could run it server-mode or kiosk-mode with just a browser. I'd be
glad to post the code if you're interested.

A quick search for 'real' projects reveals:

Apache Mod_Survey http://www.modsurvey.org/
PHP Surveyor http://www.phpsurveyor.org/
Open Survey Pilot http://www.opensurveypilot.org/
