RHEL and Windows simultaneously?

Actually, VMWare can use Raw Disks, so you can take an existing OS
installation and boot it in VMware from a secondary system.   I do
this on my laptop all the time; it's dual-boot, but 99% of the time
I run Linux and boot the windows installation as a VMware guest.
