ppp callback help

As it turns out, the callback functionality is not enabled in the pppd binary as distributed under the RedHat and Fedora releases.  One must compile from source (pppd/Makefile CBCP=y).

I still recommend chestnut-dialer as an analog modem dialing tool, it even works with pppd callback :-)
