Dialup ISP suggestions?

I _want_ to do dialup through my cell phone, but I don't want to pay 
Verizon $60/month for data service.  Verizon does also offer a "backdoor" 
of using voice minutes for browsing, but they might terminate that service 
at any time and force customers to pay them $60/month.
