Dialup ISP suggestions?

That was probably the release that came with the server when he
installed it. Today, he could get some very low cost but more reliable
and faster equipment with SLES 10 or RHEL 4 installed for a relatively
low cost. But, if his SGI servers work fine, what it the incentive.
