SpamAssassin rule for stock pump and dump spam

Thanks for the rules! The p&d's have been driving me nuts and they're 
getting by Speakeasy's filters too.

I'd like to know if others in the group have been using fuzzyocr for 
spamassassin, and how well it has worked.

I'd also like to hear whether others favor having a central rules base, 
or per-user rules.
