UPS - single points of failure

Yesterday, the office manager (we work in a managed office - Regus at
the Riverside Center) came into our office. One of the tenants was
moving out, and they found that someone was using their UPS, and they
were nice enough to ask. Since our 2 servers were plugged into the
outlets in the ceiling we knew we were not the culprits. There were 3
servers sitting below out server, and one of them was plugged into the
departing tenant's UPS. We were able to trace who the company was that
owned the servers usurping the UPS. In any case, the company who owned
the UPS decided to leave it there overnight until the office manager
could get hold of the usurping company.
I probably wouldn't have been so nice :-)
