If you have your own server, you can set up the 'sitebar' code to run
your own web-based bookmark server.
e.g. http://rundlett.com/sitebar/
or, they host accounts for free http://sitebar.org/

I haven't tried delicio.us  or others so I can't compare, but sitebar
is feature complete as far as I can imagine.
