Ubuntu commercial support is the same as Vista Ultimate?!?!

I like to think about it as the difference between the SCA and
a Renaissance Faire. One is a commercial organization that exists
to serve customers and make a profit, and the other is a volunteer
organization that exists to educate people who are interested and
motivated to help themselves.
