Does Comcast provide NTP servers? (2nd try)

I own & operate one of those pool servers, and I put it up there to be used.
I don't consider such use leaching. And I strongly believe that those of us
who do maintain such ntp pool servers do so in the same spirit. I mean,
otherwise, why do it at all?
