NIC names

This is the Boston Linux & Unix user group's list; the "U" in
"BLU" stands for "Unix", not "Users". The initials of "user group"
are not part of the acronym, because I felt that "BLUUG" was
insufficiently euphonious.

In principle, BLU isn't strictly Linux; and most of our meetings
are about topics that are not strictly Linux only, but can be
installed on Solaris, HP/UX, AIX, *BSD, etc.
