Mobo recommendation - PCI-X slots?

I'm looking for a recommended tower PC (case + mobo) that has room for
three spacious PCI-X cards, 2 Gig RAM, and possibly SATA/SAS drive
connections. High quality and high reliability are of utmost
importance. Price is NOT an issue. Ample power for the PCI-X cards
(voltage and current) is also vitally important. The order of the 3
cards is critical, so there must be space length and width-wise for the
slots.

Thanks.

Scott
