wav to mp3 encoder (or cd ripping to mp3?)

I have some non copywritten audio CDs I want to rip and convert the sound files
to mp3 on my CentOS 4.4 machine.

I'm using Sound Juicer to at least extract the files to wav.

So, what are my free options to either:

- re-rip the audio straight to mp3?

or

- convert the wav files to mp3?

Thanks.

Scott
