Speakeasy alternatives

Like Speakeasy, Stephouse <www.stephouse.net> is a Covad
reseller. Its prices are a little better than either Covad or
Speakeasy.
It seems to be well-regarded by community wireless folks in the
region of its headquarters, Portland, OR.
And there are some positive reviews here:

I've communicated with their staff a little pending some local
orders of service from them and have been favorably impressed
thus far.
