Resize NTFS partition?

I used Partition Magic years ago, but was forced to drop it when they
changed their licensing so the consumer version was licensed for a
single _machine_ only. I wrote to the company asking them to consider
a "SOHO" or "consultant's" license, but as far as I know, they don't
have one yet.
