Bicycle/peddle-powered computer?

We have a stationary bike for exercising, and I am looking for a pedal-powered
laptop or tablet or other such device which can only be powered and used while
peddling.   If the computer/laptop comes with a battery, I'd remove it to ensure
it is peddle-powered only.

I did some googling, but the hits were not so obvious.   The most popular hit
seemed to come from a person who created a custom computer for a village is
Laos.

I was thinking of a PDA, but that kind of screen seems too small.
