Probably quite a bit. 

It sounds like PHP is not installed or running.  It is also possible that 
a default apache server is running. 

Also, try to use apachectl when running apache.  Get a good Apache Web 
Server reference. 

telnet to the box and read the who response 

run 

bin/apachectl -l 

bin/apachectl -V 

and tail -f your log
