Interactive screen mockup program

Years ago I used Dan Bricklin's Demo program to mock up screens. The
last time he updated it was back in 1995.

Essentially, what I would like to to is to be able to mock up a screen
with some intelligent drop down menus. I suppose I could do it with a
web page designer. The specific issue is with the product I'm working
with. This product has a fixed format screen layout that supports
features such as drop down menus. My program is written as a loadable
shared library where I can operate on much of the data, but I'm very
limited in dealing directly with its data structures.
