That will tunnel all of the traffic for vnc through ssh. Note: If you 
have vncserver running on your local machine, you'll have to change the 
first number to a different display (at least I think it's the first 
number), and then connect to that display number (for instance, if you 
change it to 5901, then you'll connect to "localhost:1"
