If you use one or a few computers, and you are interested in 
maximum efficiency, it's probably a good thing. You probably use 
emacs. 

If you use hundreds of computers, some of which are twenty years 
old and some of which are fresh, on a dozen different operating 
systems, Dvorak is useless to you. You probably use vi.
