To field Procmail help

I want to implement a .procmailrc rule that dumps any message that doesn't
have my name next to my email address in the TO field to my junk mail.

For example:

#If header shows To field doesn't match real name or is blank, junk it

:0 H
To: "the joker" <[hidden email]>
$GO_TO_JUNK_BOX

when valid lines are:

To: <[hidden email]>
$INBOX

or

To: "my real name" <[hidden email]>
$INBOX

I'm continuing to peruse google for answers.

Thanks.

Scott
