Cheapest way to backup data

RAID isn't data integrity.  It is media integrity.

Cloud and free pool have shown lack of data integrity.

I use Time Machine on my Macs for routine backups.  For my work Linux  
desktop I rsync my home directory to a flash drive and rsync to one of  
my Macs at home.
