Any suggestion open source support ticket system



I know you asked about OS solutions, but I've been using Cerberus (
www.cerb4.com) for years and think it was well worth the cost.  Also, if you
need tickets integrated with a development environment (subversion/git, bug
tracking, etc), check out Assembla (www.assembla.com) which is also located
right here in MA
