Verizon and ??Taxes??

Hi all 

For all of the FIOS subscribers out there I am trying to find out
what kind of taxes and extra charges are added onto the standard
Verizon FIOS $99 bundle.

If any of you know what extra charges are added onto your bill
above the standard $99 could you please let me know?

Please send it off list unless you think others on the list would
be interested.

I'll collect the info and post a summary of what I find out just
in case anyone else is interested.
