VOIP/SIP phone service for home

www.gis.net

I've been using them for VOIP for about a year now. Depending on how, and
how often, you use the phone line you may even go with their "free" service
which has cost me between $2-3/mo for the past year (taxes and E911 fees).
You get 60 mins outgoing and unlimited incoming each month on that plan.
