Outlook Express for Linux?

I somehow lost Randy's email, but Thunderbird has a calendar called=20
Lightening. I've never tried to sync the calendar.
One of the very good things about Thunderbird is the number of plugins=20
available.

BTW: When I converted my friend from Outlook Express to Thunderbird (on=20
Windows XP), Thunderbird was able to bring across all my friend's old=20
emails as well as contacts as part of the Thunderbird install. While=20
this can't be done directly on Linux, what you could do it to install=20
Thunderbird on XP to grab all the Outlook stuff, then copy the=20
underlying files over to Linux. With the problem my friend is having=20
with his computer today, what I might do is to install Linux since he=20
strictly uses a browser and email and virtually nothing else.
