eME627-5082 laptop and Linux?

I did a couple of searches on this. Here is the message that shows up in
the search text:
"Get a great deal on the eMachines /eME627/-/5082/ Notebook PC at
CompUSA.com. *...* I dual boot Windows and /Linux/ and store media
(photos, mp3s, etc), *...*"
But when I clicked on the URL, I was unable to find any reference to Linu=
x.

I would probably recommend either Ubuntu, Fedora, or Open SuSE over
CentOS or an enterprise linux only because the newer distros are more
likely to support the hardware. Some great prices on this and similar
laptops though.
