The Motorala Droid (and probably other Android models) can be connected to
Exchange infrastructure if your company uses either a single Exchange server
with OWA or if they use OWA front-end proxy to backend cluster of Exchange
servers. Email, Calendar and Contacts are all sync'd through the OWA system
seemlessly.

The one function you will lose is the ability to do a Active Directory
lookup. Currently the BB's can search your own contacts in your contact
list, but can also search through Active Directory. The Android just keeps
a sync'd copy of your own contacts.
