Linux Certifications

Although I do not have much person experience, mostly entry level stuff from the recent job search. But from what I have seen in the past six months, certs are much less valuable in the unix world than they are in the microsoft or cisco world. Most of the unix possitions I saw seemed to want experience and/or a Bachelors. Few low to mid level possitions mentioned certs, though I suspect having them on the resume would only be a plus. In contast most of the microsoft possitions mentioned certs.
