My assumption that the channel/sub-channel numbers should match what the
HDHR sees seems to be wrong, as I loaded the scte65scan output into the
MythTV database, and it seems capable of tuning to the correct channels
- both broadcast stations and cable-only stations - using the expected
virtual channel numbers.

I'm updating the wiki so this is slightly less confusing for the next
person.

Now on to the problem of transcoding the audio so the HDHR-sourced video
can be played back on an MVP.
